I felt the need to add a review for Curtis Quality Care. It can be a difficult task to find care for a loved one when you know nothing about an agency. When we were faced with the sudden need to have 24/7 care for our mom, they did the best they could to help us with that. Little by little, as staff was available, they were able to provide us with that. I am grateful for their care.

In 2017 my then 94 year old father had fallen and broken his hip. Then there was further hospitalization for internal bleeding. Once he was home we needed help. I live close by but this situation required more than me. I sat down with Heather Curtis Tenney and she listened to my concerns. She was so reassuring and so sympathetic my own blood pressure probably dropped a few degrees. Fast forward a couple of days and my dad AND my mom were being visited by caregivers from Curtis Quality Care on a regular routine. They cleaned, they cooked, they kept an eagle eye on the medical issues and stepped in when necessary. It was such a good experience. Highly recommend.

Heather & her staff will always be special to me! They helped my Mom navigate the final years of her life with grace and dignity at her home. Living many States away was difficult for me, but knowing that Curtis Care had Mom's back at all times helped ease my anxiety. Communication was always there and everyone treated Mom more like family than simply a client! Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism!

Curtis provided wonderful care for our elderly mother, allowing her to stay living in her apartment and making her life easier.

Heather and the Curtis caregivers were wonderful in taking care of my father and then again at the end of my mother’s life. Heather helped organize 24/7 care with another agency when it became overwhelming for me living out of state. They were professional, organized, and most of all caring!

Heather and her staff cared for my mother for over a year as she became ill and required more and more care as her condition progressed. We were referred to CQC from a friend and we can't say enough about how customer orientated, dependable, and caring Heather and her staff are. My mother was assigned 4 or 5 caretakers and shifts were rotated so my mother developed relationships with each of the staff. We trusted the staff completely and more importantly, my mother trusted trusted them completely. We highly recommend CQC - and thank Heather and her staff for such respectful care and friendship at the final time of her life.

The staff at Curtis is very professional and helpful. During an extremely stressful time in our lives, they were calm and easy to work with. Heather guided me through the best way to organize supplies. They loaned us equipment to make caring for my wife easier. She was flexible with scheduling when things were going haywire. I always felt they gave their best to taking care of my wife through her last days which gave me tremendous peace of mind. I highly recommend their services.

For the last few years of my father's life, the extraordinary care givers at Curtis Quality Care helped care for him. The high point of each day for Dad was when his care giver arrived to do household chores, get meals, make sure he had taken his medications, and so on. He loved each and every person from CCC. Our family lives in another state, and we felt so comfortable knowing that Dad was cared for with such patience and kindness. We will always be thankful for Heather and all the care givers at CCC.
